Getting started with Automations with Aerlie Wildy



I know many business owners that want to start with automations but getting them set up feels deeply overwhelming. Where do you even begin?

That is why I invited Aerlie Wildy onto the show. Aerlie works with service based business owners to improve their profit and performance by providing support in project management, productivity and process documentation improvement.

Aerlie is a certified ClickUp Consultant and Asana Certified Pro. She spends her day in project management tools to help business owners and their teams improve efficiency. How amazing does that sound? I think what you’re going to love about today’s conversation is how practicable and actionable Aerlie’s tips are.

We discuss the three main areas where automations can be applied in your business and the first steps you can take to get started implementing them. Aerlie shares her top automation tools and we also talk about the importance of processes. Essentially, if there is an action that is repeatable in your business, there is the possibility of automating it!

[20:35]: DIY or hire for automation set up? If you like exploring and have the time and mental space DIY is an excellent way to go. If you have no time or energy, hiring is powerful.
