[1:15]: Private vs. group coaching containers - I believe there’s no right answer but ultimately it comes down to your energy style and where you are in your business.

[2:10]: How do you know you’re ready to hire a business coach? It depends on the coach - I work with business owners that are coming out of the start up stage and hitting that messy middle.
