There are many different types of coaches that handle specific industries, areas in your business, and the different growth stages in business. But, most importantly, you need to choose someone who is in alignment with your values to grow a relationship with trust.

[1:34]: The role of a business coach is to be a support to the business owner by helping them find the answers. The business owner is the expert of their business and life. I aim to help business owners come to the answers themselves through the facilitation of conversation.
[2:31]: I call myself both a coach and consultant. There will be times when I will share my opinion or offer a different perspective to help my clients have external insight.
[3:07]: There is no one right type of coach. You need to find the right coach for your needs. I work with clients who are in the ‘messy middle’ - coming out of the start-up stage and hitting the growth stage.
