Imposter Syndrome. What it is and how to overcome it
Are you experiencing imposter syndrome?
If so, you're not alone.
Many entrepreneurs and Business Owner's experience imposter syndrome. It can cause a range of feelings and behaviours, such as procrastination, lack of motivation, and self-doubt.
This has been my most requested topic by far so I wanted to bring you a fresh perspective in this episode today to help you rediscover and own your worth.
I unpack how imposter syndrome manifests itself in your behaviour. And, helping you decipher the difference between being in the early stages of learning and imposter syndrome (behaviours can be similar but the driver is different).
I also share my strategies for overcoming imposter syndrome, which has been drawn from my own experiences and challenges with imposter syndrome (this is how I know they are highly effective and work).
If left unresolved, imposter syndrome can hold you back from making a significant impact for your clients, growing your business and living a life you truely deserve.
Imagine what your life and business would be like if you finally overcame imposter syndrome? What could 2022 look like if you kicked kicked it to the curb and stepped into your true worth and value
