[0:48]: When I launched the show a year ago, I gave myself 6 months. I want to take this moment to say thank you for tuning in each week.

[3:06]: We purchased our house 5 years ago and started planning our renovation in 2018 which included 7 bedrooms. We made the decision late last year that we don’t want to build such a big house so we redesigned it.

[5:46]: Unfortunately when we started doing this process, supply chain issues became very problematic. Every quote we got was going up by $100k and the last quote we got was about 3 times the cost it would’ve cost pre-pandemic.

[6:43]: We made the decision not to go ahead with the renovation and to change the format of the house instead.

[8:16]: We’ve booked a trip to the USA and Canada in January with the kids. We’re going to skiing, visit Disneyland and enjoy an amazing experience with the family.

[9:01]: We’re focused on moving towards a more climate-friendly and environmentally sustainable lifestyle.

[9:37]: We’ve purchased a new electric car.

[11:51]: We’ve purchased a new oven and are removing the gas from the house and buying an induction stove.

[12:53]: I watched The Dropout on Disney+ which is based on the story of Elizabeth Holmes who is the founder of Theranos.

[15:16]: I did a reset for the next 6 months and added in to reflect on my annual vision board. If you want me to share my own journey and take on manifesting, let me know!

[17:30]: In my business, I hired Kylie Chown to help me with my LinkedIn strategy and optimize my profile. I previously found LinkedIn to be quite intimidating but now I’m enjoying it and have been spending more time putting content into the platform.

[20:42]: I’ve been struggling with the overwhelm on Instagram recently. I’ve found LinkedIn to keep me much more focused.

[21:10]: I’ve also been spending more time investing in Pinterest. Check out last week’s episode on this platform with Erica Muddiman.

[22:10]: I’m still doing the business strategy days and the Business Accelerator Coaching Program. I’m a big advocate for The One Thing by Gary Keller.
