Purpose driven business with Independent Living Care Founder Bénigne Kalikela
My guest today is the inspirational Bénigne Kalikela. Bénigne started her own business, Independent Living Care, when she was only 19 years old and in a very traditional industry. Her bravery and passion paid off to build a unique, person-centred business that helps customers enjoy high-quality life.
In this episode, we’re exploring how purpose has informed the decisions Bénigne has made in her life and business. Bénigne is very intentional with every decision she makes running her business, from the staff she hires to removing uniforms to encourage building relationships between staff and customers.
Bénigne’s bravery in starting her own service business when she was so young is truly remarkable. She talks about her journey to starting Independent Living Care and how her parents inspired her to help people and pursue entrepreneurship.
Bénigne is multi-passionate and is even writing her own book to be released later this year. She talks about how finding her purpose has allowed her to break free in her life and now she wants to pass it on to everyone.
