Coffee Chats: Looking after yourself during busy seasons in your business
This is a quick bonus coffee chat episode to support you through this busy season.
Right now, many of you, are working hard to get everything wrapped up and prepared for the holiday season (I am too).
And that means you’re most likely harder than normal.
One of the first things to fall by the wayside is looking after YOU. Which is why I wanted to have this timely conversation.
In this relaxed chat, I share some of my own insights of taking care of myself as a Business Owner in busy seasons, along with simple hacks for you to take away and apply.
Why is this so important though? 1. YOU are your businesses greatest asset and 2. If you don't look after yourself now, you'll end up spending your entire holidays in recovery mode instead of enjoying the well deserved break.
