I’m so excited to be with you today for the very first episode of Run your Business like a Boss. 

As a business owner, it can be overwhelming to navigate through the onslaught of advice from social media, family, friends and business peers. Often, that advice is pulling you further away from what’s actually important to you and your business.

In this episode, I share my 3 part framework to help you create a clear reference point to filter through all the noise. I break down some simple steps to help you grow your business from the inside out without getting distracted. I talk about anchoring into the bedrock of your business, setting long range goals, breaking them down and creating an action plan.


If you’re not sure what to do with all the advice out there, applying this framework will help you create a roadmap for moving your business forward in a discerning and intentional way.
