I’m very excited to be joined today by Rikky So. Rikky is an accredited, practising dietitian, nutritionist, yoga and meditation teacher. Rikky has a special interest in mental health and helps her clients who are struggling with stress and anxiety to experience better sleep, better mood and better focus.
In this episode, Rikky and I are exploring how to get back on track with a holistic approach to stress and burnout. When we’re in the messy middle and our days are jam packed full of tasks and jobs that are demanding our time, we can start to become pushed towards burnout.
